Copyright} (Received Sept. 22, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 21 The Football Association, alter consultation with the Home Office, is giving the fullest support to friendly and competition war-time football. The matches will be confined to local and district groups on Saturdays and bank holidays.
