Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 16 The Berlin wireless states that President Moscicki, of Poland, and some members of the Government, also members of Ihe British and Trench Embassies have gone to the frontier town of -Cernauti (CzernoWitz). This town so far has not been bombed because it is close to Rumania. Rumanian diplomats in Poland informed President Moscicki and his officials that if they entered Rumania they must live in designated places and eschew politics. They added that Polish children and wounded would he sheltered, and Polish officers and soldiers would be disarmed and interned. Many children have reached Cernauti, where all the Polish Ministers and also Mesdames Moscicki and Smigly-Rydz are staying. OWNERSHIP OF TOWN NO LITHUANIAN MOVE WILLING TO NEGOTIATE (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. IS. 1 p.m.) KOYXO, Sept. 17 No Lithuanian move is expected against Vilna. The Polish town is claimed as Lithuanian, being so recognised by the Husso-Lilhuanian Peace Trealy of 1030. but Lithuania is not taking advantn-o of Poland's desperate situalion. Slie is willing to sciile tlie question by negotiation. Meanwhile she is strengthening her forces on the Polish frontier.
