THE NEW PRINCESS
Owing to August holidays, celebrations at the Netherlands Legation to mark the birth of Princess Irene Emma Elisabeth were deferred until later. A batch of telegrams of congralulation was dispatched from England to Soestdijk when the little Princess’s birth was announced. These were sent from the Legation and from Dutch associations in this country, as well as from many private individuals, writes a correspondent in the London Daily Telegraph. A combined house - warming party and reception in celebration is likely to be given by Jonklierr Michiels van Yerduyncn when he succeeds the present Minister, Count vail Limburg Minister and his wife are staying in a small house which they have taken near Beacunslicld lor about six weeks.
