MARSHMALLOW CAKE Edmonds Baking Powder makes baking lighter, moister, more easily digested and delicious. It is always sure-to-rise f u \° and sure to succeed. -4 P R I' r Cream 4-oz. of butter with 1 teacup eugar. Add 1 egg and beat well, then add 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon Edmonds 4 Sure-to-Rlse * flaking Powder. Bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven. When cold pile the following marshmallow icing on top: soak 1 packet Edmonds Jelly Crystals (any flavour) in 1 f breakfast cups cold water for 10 minutes. Boil 8 minutes without stirring. Cool, add 1 cup icing sugar, and beat till stiff. Spread on cake, sprinkle with coconut and decorate with walnuts and cherries.
