CARNIVAL CLUB’B YEAR COMING SEASON’S PROSPECTS (Special to Times) RAGLAN. Friday. At the annual meeting of the Raglan Carnival Club, Mr R. H. A. Cushman presided. He saJd that in view of the Government’s wish that everything should proceed as normally as possible, the club had decided to keep preliminary arrangements up to the mark. The past year had been a record one, gate takings amounting to £100 9s. With a credit balance or £70, the prospects for the coming season appeared particularly I bright. Donations rrom the club for £30 ! 5s had been made for the improvement of Raglan. The following officers were elected:— ! Patron. .Mr H. W. Wilson; president, Mr ‘ R. H. A. Cushman; vice-presidents.
