GAOL FOR MOTORIST
STOREKEEPER SENTENCED (Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Tuesday A charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car was admitted in Hie otahuhu Police Court yesterday by Frederick Denby Coggan, aged 52, a storekeeper, when he appeared before Mr W. R. McKean, S-M. He was sentenced to seven days’ imprisonment and hi-s licence was cancelled for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay costs, amounting to £2 9s.
