FAREWELL PARTY

MISS V. HAMILTON HONOURED A pleasant informal function took place recently, whetn the staff of Haworths, Matamata, Misses Molly Cole, Una Molesworth and Yuline Latham, gave a morning tea in honour of Miss Val Hamilton, who has retired from business, and will shortly he married to Mr Basil W. Bell, Matamata. A number of Miss Hamilton’s friends had been invited, and extended best wishes for her happiness in the future. Miss Hamilton suitably responded. Among those present were :—Mesdames M. C. Bell, A. McKenna, L. Sutcliffe, G. D. O’Leary, 1. Black, E. Clarke, E. Sexton, J. Lee, F. H. McFarlane. Misses Linda 'Seavell, Joyce Bell, Jess Irving.
