COMMON BORDERS
ASSURANCE. TO YUGOSLAVIA GUARANTEE OF FRONTIERS i United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright; BERLIN, June 2 Herr Hitler, in a speech at a State banquet to Prince Paul and Princess Olga, guaranteed Yugoslavia’s frontiers, saying recent historic events had made the two countries neighbours with common borders established for all time. Prince Paul, in reply, said his visit demonstrated the Yugoslavs’ determination to live and work with the German people in an atmosphere of peace and friendship. He therefore welcomed Herr Hitler’s assurances that Germany intended to respect Yugoslavia’s freedom and independence as well as her frontiers.
