FARMHAND CHARGED

ALLEGATION OF THEFT A farmhand, John Sydney Schlaadt, aged 17, was charged in the Police Court, Hamilton to-day, before Mr G. K. Sinclair J.P., with stealing clothing and money to the value of £5 15s Gd from O. G. Olsen, at Motueka on February 10. On the application of Detective J. Hayes, the accused was remanded in custody until next Thursday.
