PRE=WEDDING PARTY

FOR MISS RUTH SOUTER Miss Elsie Robinson and Mrs U. N. Robinson were hostesses at a china gift evening on Saturday at the home of Mrs T. Robinson,_ the guest-of-hon-our being Miss Ruth Souter. Autumnshaded chrysanthemums, hydrangeas and crimson berries decorated the rooms, where progressive bridge was played. Prizes were won by Miss I. Garland, Miss Cox, and Miss J. Mackereth. Miss Elsie Robinson was wearing delphinium blue chiffon, Mrs Robinson black embossed lace, and Miss Souter copper-coloured net relieved with a spray of autumn flowers. Mrs M. Souter wore a frock of black figured oinon. Those present were:—Mrs R. Chamberlain, Mrs B. Brewer, Mrs J. Banks. Mrs D. J. Lundon, Mrs P. Suckling, Mrs J. Butler, Mrs S. Otway, Mrs lan Fisher. Mrs F.
