ALLEGIANCE TO GERMANY DECLARATION BY LIECHTENSTEIN (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, March 1 Prince Franz Josef of Liechtenstein and three members of his Cabinet are going to Berlin in order to declare to Herr Hitler the Principality’s allegiance to Germany, says the Vienna correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. Liechtenstein, which lies between Germany and Switzerland, has an area of 65 square miles and a population of 10,200, mostly of German origin. There is no army.
