STRUCK BY TOPDRESSER
ELDERLY FARMER HURT A fracture of the left thigh and the right arm and a severe cut over the left eye were suffered by Mr Thomas Vickers (79), of Paterangi, when he was unloading a top-dresser on the farm of Mr J. Vickers, at Mangateparu, last evening. He was knocked backwards as the horses moved without warning.
Mr Vickers was taken to the Waikalo Hospital in a St. John Ambulance. His condition this morning is ssated to be satisfactory.
