West, Hamilton, has re turned from a holiday spent at the Mount, Tauranga. * Mrs O. Regan, senr., Hamilton, has returned from a holiday spent at Raglan. Miss D. Tudehope, Hamilton, recently paid a short visit to Raglan. Mrs Neil Reid and Mrs Eric Reid. Hamilton, were visitors to Auckland recently for the show. Mrs MeCallum, Hamilton. recently left for a trip to Gisborne. Mrs Stewart Reid, Hamilton, is visiting her daughter, Mrs C. Taylor, Tauranga. * * * • Miss Vera Casey, Hamilton, is holidaving at Kawhia. * * * * * Mrs J. Richards, of Remuera, Auckland, has been visiting her daughter, Mrs A. Ensoll, Hamilton. * * * * Mrs Simonds, Whakatane, is visiting Mrs Weir at Matangi. * * * • Misses Avon and Patty Bluett, Frankton, were again successful at the , Tauranga Show last Saturday, the former gaining three firsts and one second, and the latter five firsts. * * • • Arrangements are well in hand for the Plunkct Fair on Friday, March 3, numerous stalls catering for all buyers. TE AWAMUTU Mrs R. W. Lord, Auckland, spent the week-end as the guest of Mrs K. C. Rickit. Mrs F. W. Bevin has returned from a holiday spent at Algies Bay, Kawau. Mrs Norman Clarke, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs G. S. Clarke. Mrs S. Ferguson and Miss Jean Ferguson, who have spent the last six weeks visiting relatives in Australia, are due home by the Wanganella to-day. Miss Margaret Quin, of Ilsabank, has returned from a holiday spent with friends in Gisborne. * * * • Mrs F. Green, who has been touring England for the last vear, is the guest of Mrs 11. Lines. Mrs A. Finulay has returned after spending sonic weeks visiting relatives in the Hawke's Bay and Manawatu districts.
