The names chiefly the subject of general speculation are Cardinals Marmaggi, Massinl, Schuster. Dallacostu and Maglione. PLANS FOR CORONATION DELEGATION FROM EIRE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlrht, DUBLIN, Feb. 27 The Prime Minister of Eire, Mr de Valera, will lead a delegation to Rome for the coronation of the new Pope.
