Copyright) DUBLIN, Feb. 27 The Eire Government's estimates of expenditure for the year 1939-40 show a total of £30,248,897 an increase of £386,996. The total includes an additional vote of £1,256,515 for the Army in order to meet the provisions of the Oefence Bill.
