LOYALTY TO FRANCE ITALIANS IN MARSEILLES DANGER TO EUROPEAN PEACE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 26 An Australian Associated Press cable from Marseilles says that 8000 Italians met in the Alcazar Theatre and unanimously pledged loyalty to France. They condemned the maintenance of a Fascist army in Spain as the greatest danger to European peace, and demanded its recall. The meeting also declared the Italian claims to Tunisia, Corsica and Djibouti unjust, and added, that joining in the struggle against Fascism by united Italians and Frenchmen was the sole hope of preserving peace and
