WAIPA GUN CLUB Tbe W’alpa Gun Club conducted a successful clay-bird shooting competition the grounds near the racecourse on hatucday afternoon. Results were;— Six-bird eye-opener- Duncan shot the possible. Webster and W. Pariah tied for second with five birds each. Seven-bird sweepstake: Duncan and C. Schwartfeger shot the possible and divided the pooL Six -bird trophy shoot, for a trophy donated by Mr E. Burrows, of Pater&ngl: J. Wilson shot the possible, and Webster, B. Jackson and Duncan tied for second with four birds each. Six-brid sweepstake: b. Jackson and T. Hall each shot the possible and divided. Six-bird shoot (walk-ups: Duncan and B.
