GOODWILL MISSION ARRIVES ASSURANCES TO FRANCE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 27, 3.15 p.m.) WARSAW, Feb. 26 After the arrival of the goodwill mission Count Ciano lunched with the President, M. Moscicki. The statement of Colonel Beck, Minister of Foreign Affairs, at a banquet. “We are going to try to enlarge the friendly collaboration of our two Governments without losing sight of the just interests of others,” is regarded as an assurance that Poland will not support a policy harmful to France.
