WAIREKA SUCCESSFUL
EVENT AT KENSINGTON SECURES A RACE RECORD (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright' SYDNEY, Feb. 26 The brilliant two-year-old Waireka scored a runaway win in the Juvenile Handicap at the Kensington races yesterday and established a record for the race. Silver Coat ran second to St. Robert in the Jumpers' Flat, and Edible was second to Hedonic in the Kensington Handicap, wherein Golden Treasure was unplaced. Fan Tan was unplaced in Ihe Progressive Handicap. Result:— JUVENILE HANDICAP or £250; two-year-olds; 5 4 furs. WAIREKA. E. J. Watt’s b r. by Waikare —Mi si Molong, 9.0 (S. Davidson) 1 PROGRESS. J. A.
