PREPARING FOR ATTACK TO MEET FASCIST AGGRESSORS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) MOSCOW, Feb. 24 The Red Army is celebrating its coming-of-age, and members to-day individually took a new oath of allegiance. The commander of the Soviet Navy, Admiral Frinovsky, announcing the recent addition of many new ships, declared the Soviet was preparing for an attack by Fascist aggressors.
