CURTAILMENT OF CONCESSIONS REDUCTION IN ALLOWANCES SMALL WAGE-EARNER AFFECTED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 25, 3.15 p.m.) BERLIN, Feb. 24 A drastic curtailment of concessions means a 12i per cent increase on the income tax of single persons and married couple without, children. Allowances also have been reduced in respect of servants’ wages, church taxes and employees’ expenses. The revision aims at a large increase of revenue without new taxes. The small wage-earner particularly is affected.
