DEVELOPMENT OF TRADE PRIVATE COMPANY FORMED NATIONAL RECONSTRUCTION (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 25. 3.15 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 24 The Juan Marche, financial backer of General Franco, has formed a company named J. March and Company, London, of which he is chairman. The nominal capital is £IOO,OOO. He plans to organise a technical service to supply manufacturers with details of Spanish needs and facilitate the entry qf British goods to Spain for national reconstruction, also to open up British markets for Spanish products.
