LESSONS OF AUSTRALIA "*U*T VALUE TO CANADA MANY PROGRESSIVE IDEAS CCnlted Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 25. 5.15 p.m.) TORONTO, Feb. 24 On his return from Australia the Premier of Ontario, Mr Hepburn, declared that he brought a trunkful of progressive ideas to lay before the Cabinet.
