BIG ESPIONAGE PLOT
ITALIAN CONTRACTOR ARRESTED DISCOVERIES BY THE POLICE (United Press Aasa.—Elee. Tel. Cooyrlg-ht) (Received Feb. 1 4. 3 p.m.) DJIBOUTI. Feb. 23 The police have unoovered an extensive Italian espionage plot, following the arrest of an Italian contractor, who was stated to be in possession of plans of the new’ aerodrome, military equipment and other vital strategic information. Eight other arrests were made immediately after, and more are expected.
