Philip Anniss (12 months), son of Mr and Mrs Clarence Percy Anniss, railway employee, of 4 Blackburn Street, Frank* ion, was struck by a motor lorry and received fatal •njuries. Mr W, H. Tombs, o" ver of the lorry, had delivered a load of wood to the home of Mr Anniss and the child crawled unlOticed behind the vehicle. CYCLST INJURED A pillion rider on a motor cycle received a fractured leg as a result of a collision between a taxi, a motor cycle and a cycle at the corner of Bridge Street and River Road this evoning.
