SUCCESSFUL DANCE
OKOROIRE HALL COMMITTEE Floor space was taxed to its utmost capacity at the Okoroire Hall recently, when members of the Okoroire Hall Committee arranged an enjoyable dance. The function attracted a large attendance, a carnival spirit prevailing throughout the evening. Visitors were present from Matamata, Putaruru and surrounding districts. Music for the dancing was supplied by Mrs T. Cotter and Mr Alan Robinson. Novelty dances were much appreciated and were won by Mr Moran and Miss Crawshay. Mr F. Jopling was in charge of the floor arrangements. To the committee, whose efficient organisation and untiring efforts resulted in the success of the function, warm praise is due.
