Freeman, S.M., when fines were Imposed : as rollows: John Feeney, for driving a motor-car without a warrant or fitness, fined 10s and ! costs 10s; Jim I’iripi, lor using an unregistered motor truck, lined £•'». costs 12s; Trevour Seabourn Harris, lor driving a motor-car along the Great south Road at a speed exceeding 30 m.p.h. in a locality declared to be a closely populated area. lined £2, costs 10s; Robert James Mackrell, for a similar offence in the Huntly borough, lined 30s, costs 1 Is; Janies Hoy Chalton, for a similar offence, fined £2 and costs 12s; Tuki Montgomery, lor operating a motorlorry along’ Great South Hoad at a speed exceeding 25 m.p.h., lined £2. costs 12s; Douglas Haig Reever, for a similar offence at Ohinewai, lined £2, costs 10s; Arthur Leslie Eagleton for a similar offence, lined £3, costs tos; Uric Harold Lap wood and Lun Sun Tor similar offences lined £2. costs lOs, and £3 costs 12s, respectively; Noel McKenzie Frederick Gibson for driving a motor-car arter dark without displaying lights and for excessive speed, fined £2 and costs 10s on the first charge arid £1 on the other charge; Mate Matos was fined £3, with costs 10s, Tor overloading a uiotorlorry.
