SATISFACTORY CLEARANCES FIRM MARKET REPORTED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY, Feb. 23 There was a firm market at to-day’s wool auctions with satisfactory clearances. Yorkshire and the Continent dominated the buying. Greasy Merino made 22id per lb. A total of 10,692 bales was offered, and 10,015 bales sold, 805 privately.
