DOMINION BUILDERS AWARD FOR ALLIED TRADES ELECTION OF OFFICERS The suggestion to hold a conferenr*p in Wellington of all the allied building trades with a view to securing an alteration to the existing Liens Act and to endeavour to bring all the trades into line under one award was made at t.he annual conference of the New Zealand Federated Builders and Contractors' Association, which concluded in Hamilton yesterday. Before vacating the position of president, Mr Petrie expressed his appreciation of the co-operation that had always been extended to him during his two years of office.
