NEGLIGENT DRIVING
CAUSE OF MAN’S DEATH MASTER CARRIER FINED £4* (By Teiefrapn.—Press JMtodattan) INVERCARGILL, Thursday A fine of £4O and cancellation of his driver's license for 12 months was the penalty imposed by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, on Walter Henderson, master carrier, ef Win too, who was found guilty by e Jury of negligently driving a motor-track thereby causing tbs dealb of Frank Anderson.
His Honour said tf the prisoner had been travelling on bis oorrect aide the accident would not have happened.
