Nye (Republican—North Dakota) introduced a measure to grant the Army and Navy Departments authority to refuse to release military aircraft for export for at least six months after their delivery to either service. Under the Bill equipment and accessories of flghtinp aeroplanes could not be released until they have been in general use.
