OBJECTION TO POLICY AMERICA’S SALE OP PLANES MUST NOT TAKE SIDES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 18, 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 The Associated Press states that the assistant-Secretary of the Treasury, Mr Taylor, has resigned because of his disagreement with the policy of facilitating the purchase of aeroplanes by France.
He holds that the United States must not take sides in world rivalries between the totalitarian States and other countries.
