Winner must obtain not less than 85 per cent, of marks. NATIONAL DANCING CONDITIONS. The competitions will be conducted under the Rules of the Piping and Dancing Association of New Zealand, Inc. In connection with protests and appeals the decision of the Referee shall be final. Vide Rules 118-121 inclusive Piping and Dancing Association of New Zealand, Inc Every Competitor will please state on entry form whether he or she requires the services of a Piper or a Pianist for his or her dancing.
