Thursday The Dobson Mine was idle to-day as the result of a dispute regardiiif the payment of timbering work. The miners held a stop-work meeting this morning and decided to return borne pending the granting of their demands, which were refused by the management* There will be a further meeting of the union this afternoon. Men numbering 150 are affected.
