DEADLY RAT POISON

IT, 3.15 p.m.) MONTREAL, Feb. 16 By radio police broadcasts and newspaper advertisements the authorities have warned the public to be on their guard against a pound of 'butter containing a deadly rat poison which was stolen from a fumigating plant and one bite of which would be fatal and for which there is no known antidote.
