In pursuance of the Electoral Act, 1927. and the Licensing Act, 1908, and their Amendments I, HUGH BRYAN PRASER, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Raglan, do hereby give notice that an Election will be held for the Licensing Committee for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of Candidates will be noon on WEDNESDAY the FIRST day of MARCH. 1939, and that the Poll if necessary will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said District on the fourteenth day of March, 1939. Every person desirous of becoming a Candidate must be nominated by not less than two Electors of the District, by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 110 of the Electoral Act, 1927, delivered to the Returning Officer not later than noon on the Ist day of March, 1939.
