GIFT EVENING
At a social in the Kiwitahi Hall, near Morrinsville, on Saturday evening. the guests of honour were Mass Olive Barlow and Mr E. Dennis, popular residents of the district who are to be married shortly. On behalf of the people of the Kiwitahi district, Mr W. A. Rush ton asked Miss Barlow to accept a large number of gift parcels. Mr Dennis returned thanks on behalf of his fiancee. Music for dancing was provided by Messrs W. D. Glasscock and G. White, and extras by Mesdames G. Lingard and J. Looker.
