GERMANS IN POLAND
CHARGES OF HIGH TREASON REJECTION OF PROTEST - (Independent Cable) WARSAW. Feb. 13 Forty prominent members of the German minority in Poland have been arrested on charges of high treason, forming a military organisation, secret drilling, and propaganda aimed at the return of the western provinces to Germany. Those arrested include leaders of German sports clubs. Colonel Beck has rejected the German Ambassador’s protest.
