Feb. 13 The Madrid correspondent of the Times says bombing killed 20 people. The exchange's Barcelona correspondent says a court-martial next week will try at least 300 luya:Hsi», who are accused of meting out summary justice, also espionage and counter-espionage. BURGOS. Feb. 13 General Franco announces that he does not intend to carry out personal reprisals, and desires civil life to settle down without vindictiveness. For this reason he strictly defines culpable political responsibility. The sentences will be retrospective* to 1936. The Barcelona correspondent of the Times says that devastation, from which recovery is beginning, reached terrible proportions under the loyalist regime. Two thousands priests, including several bishops, and possibly the families which tried to protect thorn, have been killed.. Some were compelled to starvo. Nearly all churches have been sacked and many have been burned.
