CASE FOR HOMELESS JEWS APPEAL BY DR. WEIZMANN \ STATUS OF THE MINORITY ** (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 14, 3.55 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 13 The Arab Conference resumed this morning. This afternoon the discussions between the Jewish delegation and the British Government representatives is being resumed. Dr. Weizmann, in pleading for the homeless and helpless Jews, informed the Palestine Conference that Arabs and Jews could meet beneficially only on the basis of a fully-performed mandate, also Jewish immigration to the saturation point, the active development of the land, and the safeguarding of minority status. Dr. Weizmann regretted that the conference had opened before the restoration of law and order in Palestine.
