20 KILLED, 220 WOUNDED BUSINESS AT A STANDSTILL 600 ARRESTS MADE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 14, 1.45 p.m.) CAWNPORE, Feb. 13 It is estimated that 20 were killed, 220 wounded and 600 arrested during the rioting at the week-end. Further classes occurred this morning. Four cases of arson are reported. Business is at a standstill. It fs estimated that 40 have been killed and 400 injured since the rioting began on February 11. The military authorities have been ordered to shoot without a permit.
