SECOND BANKRUPTCY
BHAREMILKER’B PETITION HAMILTON MEETING ADJOURNED Stating that he had Hied his petition in bankruptcy previously and obtained his discharge about 1930, after which his present debts were incurred, Henry Sidney Excell, sharemilker, of Turanga-o-Moana, appeared before a further meeting of creditors presided over by the Official Assignee, Mr V. R. Crowhurst, in Hamilton today. Bankrupt was represented by Mr G. G. Bell, of Matamata, while Mr 11. M. Hammond appeared for the principal creditor, Mr Clive Matthews. A statement showed that the amount owing by bankrupt to unsecured creditors was £IOBS 6s, while assets were nil. He and his wife began milking for Mr J. Ryan at Turanga-o-Moana in July last. Shortly afterwards an agreement was reached whereby Mrs Excell took over the contract and made herself responsible for its performance and for all accounts incurred since she and her family went to the district. There were six beside bankrupt and his wife working on the land. The meeting was adjourned owing to want of a quorum.
