Vice-Admiral C. V. Usborne, a distinguished expert on naval strategy, has left London to lecture on behalf of the British Council in Yugoslavia, Rumania. Poland and the Netherlands. His subject will be "Industry and Problems of National Defence in Great Britain." _______
