OPPOSITION SEEK DEBATES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, February 10 It is understood the opposition is asking the Government for a day in the House of Commons for a discussion on the question of national defence as a whole bt fore the service estimates are discussed individually and also a separate day for the discussion of air raids precautions. Vice-Admiral C. V. Usborne, a distinguished expert on naval strategy, has left London to lecture on behalf of the British Council in Yugoslavia, Rumania. Poland and the Netherlands. His subject will be "Industry and Problems of National Defence in Great Britain." _______
