ORABH AT MADRAS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) BERLIN, February 10 Lieutenant Pulkovski, who recently claimed a light plane distance record while living to Australia, crashed and was killed at Madras during a return flight. A passenger felso was killed. 1
