CONCESSIONS BY GERMANY FACILITATION OF EMIGRATION ► !-* * TRUST FUND FOR DEPENDENTS < (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 13. 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 12 The Times says the German scheme for facilitating Jewish emagration, subject to the approval of the Evian Commission, allows for between 150,000 and 200,000 Jewish wage-earners to migrate, in order to earn enough to finance the migration of their dependents and relatives. Germany promises better treatment for the dependents of those too old to emigrate. It adds that the lack of foreign exchange precludes the transfer of more Jewish property than at present, but a trust fund may be created from Jewish property, from which the Jews will be allowed to draw proportionately. CHILDREN FROM VIENNA 250 LEAVE FOR ENGLAND (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel Copyright) (Received Feb. 13, 1.40 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Feb. 12 Two hundred and fifty Jewish children from Vienna will leave for England to-night.
