This Is unprecedented in Empire relations and is likely to have farreaching consequences. Australia and New Zealand ere charging Britain with a flagrant breach of the Ottawa Agreement for which reason Sir Reginald Dorman-Smlth has no hope of voluntary co-operation with Dominion producers. Australia and New Zealand ara “standing pat” on this issue because they expect similar demands relating to dairy produce.
