EMPLOYEEB IN FACTORIEB HELD TO BE ALREADY COVERED (By Telegrapn.—Press Association^ WELLINGTON, Friday The unusual course of refusing to make an award was adopted by the Arbitration Court on the application by the Wellington grocers’ sundries, chemical and related trades factory employees for an award covering the employees of 22 firms. The ground for refusal was given in a reserved judgment that the workers concerned were alreadv covered by an existing award.
