ATTEMPTED BURGLARY (By Telegraph—Pres* Asioclatlon) DUNEDIN, Friday The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, to-day admitted William Foley, for attempted breaking and entering, to two years’ probation. In the case against Colin Raymond Wills, found guilty of indecently assaulting a male, sentence was postponed until the question of the admissibility of certain evidence was decided by the Appeal Court.
