NEW REGULATIONS GAZETTED (By Telegrapn.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday ■Consolidation of the existing - regulations under the Workers’ Compensation Act are contained in the Workers’ Compensation Rules, 1939, which were issued with to-night’s Gazette. These, in the main, contain regulations which are already in effect, but two new provisions are also included. The first is the introduction of regulations which will give effect to reciprocal arrangements which have been arrived at for the transfer of compensation moneys from New Zealand for beneficiaries resident in the United Kingdom and British Dominions, and vice versa; the transfer from Britain or other Dominions to New Zealand of funds for beneficiaries resident in the Dominion. The other new' provision is the introduction of procedure for the issue of interrogatories in connection with compensation claims in the Court of Arbitration.
