ARRESTS IN ALSACE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) STRASBOURG, Feb. 7 The leader or the Alsatian Autonomists, Dr. Karl Roos, lias been arrested. The actual charge against him has not been disclosed. Several of Dr. Roos' followers have also been aresled. All are suspected of plotting against the State. The arrests resulted from lhe discovery of compromising documents in the homes of the Autonomists. Dr. Rons was acquitted on a similar charge in 1928.
